At The Waves Apartments, we strive to make your booking experience simple, transparent, and secure. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for reserving an apartment with us.
Reservations
• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• A confirmation email or receipt will be issued once your booking is secured.
Payments
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and approved online platforms.
• All prices are quoted in local currency unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Flexible Bookings: Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival may be eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival may incur a fee or partial refund.
• No‑Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.
Check‑In & Check‑Out
• Check‑In: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check‑Out: By 6:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities
• Guests must provide accurate personal information during booking.
• Any damages caused during the stay may result in additional charges.
• Residents and guests are expected to comply with community rules and respect fellow neighbors.
